Alchemise Your Voice Through "Truth"

Let's face it, it's not uncommon to feel ostracised, unsupported, and rejected because of the beliefs we hold or how we may wish to express ourselves; perhaps we feel we're too different and we'll never "fit in", or our ideas may be "too big" and we soon give our power over to the belief that we're not good enough.

Too often we give into our fear of judgement, criticism, and rejection, and we let these powerful emotions overwhelm us. Over time, our voice gets manipulated into an instrument of appeasement, and before we know it, our voice is not our own.

Sometimes, our words get twisted and are weaponised against us. Our ideas might get snatched-up by someone else. Or we get caught in a looping thought-pattern that buries us under fear, and we lose our ability to connect authentically with ourselves and others.

We get so tied up in the chokehold, that we forget what it's like to freely express our deepest thoughts, desires, experiences and needs, in a way that's uniquely ours and is so desperately needed to be felt in this world, over and over again.

I'm here to listen,  support and champion you as you traverse your inner-knowing. To hold you accountable to your dreams, and show you how your voice can be the medicine you need to relieve and release yourself from whatever binds you.

My 12 week program, TRUTH, provides a supportive and nourishing space that encourages you to tap into the emotional and energetic power held within your voice. TRUTH will help you to connect with the miraculous frequencies that exist inside you. Using primal sounding, emotion centred singing techniques and a combination of holistic and intuitive healing practices, you will learn how to free yourself from the unexpressed emotions, beliefs and stories that have had a long-term hold on the way you show up in the world for yourself and your dreams, establish authentic and engaging connections with others, and empower you with the belief to create impact in the world.

During TRUTH, you will learn to:

• connect with your ancestors' voices that live within you, and channel them using primal sounding techniques
• create a safe and secure space within your body by establishing personal practices that encourage an embodied truth
• harness the fears that hold you back from actualising your authentic and/or creative expression using various visualisation, breathing and movement practices and techniques
• connect with the idea of 'belonging' and become comfortable in your uniqueness
• let go of the anger that resides in you by embracing your confidence through vocal resonance exercises to help assert your power
• dive deeper and connect with love by using emotion-centred singing techniques and self-love practices 
• creatively your channel emotions into deeply resonant sounds that utilise the power of frequencies to heal yourself and others
